1. Return Window
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized and personalized jewelry (including custom letter pendants, engraved pieces, and made-to-order designs) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
