1. Exchange Policy

You may exchange an unused, unworn item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a different design, size, or metal type. Customized pieces are eligible for exchange only in case of a manufacturing defect.

2. Buyback Policy

We offer a buyback option on select moissanite diamond jewelry pieces purchased from swandiamond.us, subject to inspection and current buyback rates. Contact us to check eligibility for your piece.

3. How It Works

  • Our team will guide you through the exchange or buyback evaluation process.
  • Once approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
  • After inspection, we will process your exchange or buyback value.

4. Conditions

Items must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of damage. Certificates and original packaging (if provided) should be included.
